None are treated, enhanced or lab created. Quality varies but they are all Natural.
Some Baby Jewelry may contain cubic zirconia but all facts will be mentioned on page description.
We are a retail store and not a wholesale operation. We update inventory daily but on rare occasions the item might be sold in store and will not be available. We will notify you immediately and offer you an alternative or backorder information. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Backorders may take approx. 6-8 weeks.
We are confident you will be happy and love your purchase, but if you decide your piece is not right for you, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return (*Exclusions apply). Item must be returned unworn, in original packaging and shipped within 5 days of receiving, no exceptions.
We will NOT accept returns for the following items:
* Personalized: engraved items; name necklaces/pendants
* Customization / alterations: Custom sizes, lengths.
* Service fees will not be refunded such as Shipping and Rush fees.
In the event that your package arrives with extensive visible damage, appears tampered with or is the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
If for any reason your piece breaks, we gladly offer a repair service. The first 30 days are on us, there after a small service fee will be added and is subject to change on a case by case basis.
if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, you will be notified with a repair quote if applicable.
If we find that the piece is significantly damaged, missing stones, or beyond repair an exchange/replacement or additional fee may be required.
